JenkinsGavin was founded in 2006 by Jennifer L. Jenkins and Colleen C. Gavin, who share a combined 60+ years of experience in land use planning, design, and project management. JenkinsGavin has designed, entitled and managed countless projects ranging from large-scale residential subdivisions and commercial development to office buildings and institutional facilities.

Jennifer L. JenkinsPrincipal
Jennifer holds a degree in International Business from the University of Texas at Austin. A career in mortgage finance led her to a position as Vice President of a regional construction and development firm, and later, taking the helm of her own land use consulting firm. At JenkinsGavin, Jennifer makes key planning, management and entitlement contributions to many high profile real estate developments. She is President of the Board of the Regional Development Corporation and serves on the Board of the Santa Fe Railyard Park Conservancy.
Colleen C. Gavin, NCARBPrincipal
Colleen brings to JenkinsGavin a unique combination of architectural, development, and construction management expertise. An undergraduate Architecture degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Oregon led to a career as a Project Architect in Santa Fe, where she designed projects throughout the southwest, New York, and Costa Rica. Colleen brings her architectural, development, and construction management expertise to a diverse collection of development projects. Colleen has been an NCARB Certified Architect and a New Mexico Licensed Architect since 1997.
Lisa GavioliSenior Project Manager
Lisa holds dual Masters degrees in Anthropology from the University of Arizona and in Community and Regional Planning from the University of New Mexico, where she also received a Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation and Regionalism. Lisa has worked in the development world since 2004, as an archaeologist, preservationist, and planner. Lisa’s previous work experience with the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority, the New Mexico MainStreet Program, Santa Fe County’s Open Space and Trails Program, and as Senior Planner and Division Manager with the City of Santa Fe’s Historic Preservation Division are invaluable to her position as Senior Project Manager. Lisa brings knowledge of local regulations, relationships with key industry professionals, and experience in real estate development to each project at JenkinsGavin. Lisa currently serves on the Board of the Friends of Architecture Santa Fe and on the Santa Fe County Housing Plan Advisory Committee and is a former member of the Board of Cornerstones Community Partnerships.
Ania PastuszewskaProject Manager
After studying Architecture & Theater at the University of Illinois at Chicago and study abroad in Versailles, France, Ania worked as an architectural designer and construction administrator on residential, mixed-use, commercial and institutional projects in Durango, Colorado. She spent a decade in Seattle, WA working with Compass General Construction, managing the construction of mixed-use, multi-family, and senior/assisted living housing. Ania is a collaborative team leader whose strengths include coordinating complex systems and building relationships, with a strategic head-on approach to resolving challenges. Ania is LEED AP-certified and recently completed her Masters degree in Business Administration before joining the JenkinsGavin team as a Project Manager.
